Experience

• several dozen indirectly or directly business-related projects, such as implementing solutions involving EDI (in a few countries), Call Center, Direct Distribution, implementing a WMS system with an external partner, implementing CRM, ERP, BI and Payroll solutions;
• streamlining and modernising the IT infrastructure, e.g. implementing IP telephony, launching services in a colocation centre, implementing mobile solutions;
• working in an international IT team, managing, motivating, supervising employees, cooperating with many people on various projects;
• planning and executing IT budgets (15 budgets in all)
• active involvement in the CIO Club, which brings together IT managers from many Polish companies to share experiences and knowledge from different market sectors.

In his private life Krzysztof Wykręt is a mountain enthusiast, a jogger and a music lover.  These passions help him to keep a healthy and realistic perspective in the face of problems and challenges. With each mountain top he has climbed, each kilometre he has run, each new album he has listened to as well as each cloud system or innovative solution he has implemented, he feels inspired to get even better.
